Welcome to the Party

We have been calling this place home for well over 5 years. Maintenance is excellent. Oscar and his co-workers are very friendly and great professionals . Management is on top of pest control....it's not perfect, these buildings are old after all, but it's well maintained and controlled. They make sure the premise looks well kept and clean. Residents are overall quiet.
We feel safe here at anytime.
The only negative issue we have been facing more recently is the parking space. Sometimes it… looks like a junk yeard other times like an Airbnb for cars.
Some residents simple collect junkie extra cars. It seems like Management is aware and has sent some kind of notice because these junkie cars are now being moved from one parking space to another. So, if you want to find a decent parking spot when back from work , don't go anywhere at night. Another issue with parking are the trees....from time to time a tree smashes a car over here.

Excelente lugar para vivir

Vivir en Westminster ha sido una experiencia excepcional. El complejo es moderno, muy bien cuidado y ofrece un ambiente tranquilo y seguro. La ubicación es ideal, con fácil acceso a tiendas, restaurantes y transporte público.

Los apartamentos son espaciosos, con acabados de calidad y una excelente distribución. Además, la limpieza en las áreas comunes es impecable y siempre se nota la buena gestión del mantenimiento.

Excelente complex para la Comodidad de tu hogar

Los servicios de mantenimiento son demasiados buenos y rápidos, el servicio de atención de cliente es eficaz y eficiente. tiene los parques , piscina y canchas y otro lugares para distraerse limpio . La seguridad dentro del complex lo es todo. Y la convivencia con los vecinos es súper buena. los recomiendo al 100%

Best Rentals

Just moved out of Westminster and want to thank everybody for giving me such a lovely stay while I was here visiting from India. Such great hospitality and care. This place is truly the best apartment complex I’ve stayed at. The maintenance staff is super responsive and the leasing office is very friendly. I loved being here over Christmas and attending the Christmas party as well for the residence where they gave us free food and gifts. Thank you Westminster .
