Springside Powder Springs Apartments & Townhomes

I am on the smaller Murray side of the complex. It is quiet and everyone is respectful. It seems like no one steals anyone's packages that are left outside of their apartment versus the package room.

I wish we had more amenities on this side, we just have grills/fire pit, and places to sit outside. The pool and clubhouse are close enough by if you want to walk you can, but I will take my car as it's HOT in the summer!

I wish there were cameras throughout the complex to record anything that... might happen as anyone can get in since there are not gates. There worst things is that not everyone cleans up after their dog takes care of its business, you can smell marijuana, and the trash pickup can have issues with picking up when they are supposed to.

It has been great so far! It's been quiet, everyone is welcoming, staff/maintenance is helpful! The only thing is parking is limited and you might have to park across the street.

From start to finish the service I received when applying as great. Since moving in I have no regrets with choosing Springside. The staff in the office are extremely helpful and accommodating.

See a couple of spiders in stairwell areas. Would love a leg press machine in the gym. Community events are nice and appreciated. Email communication are very much appreciated. It’s been a great neighborly experience.

I love it here! So glad I moved here. It’s so peaceful. I also like the resident events it allows us to get to know each other. It feels more like a small community where everyone can get to know each other.
