It's been amazing great view and pool and gym room are cool. Got more resources then I thought I would get and so many benefits. Room is awesome and it's nice and Kool on a extremely hot ?? day

I am on the smaller Murray side of the complex. It is quiet and everyone is respectful. It seems like no one steals anyone's packages that are left outside of their apartment versus the package room.

I wish we had more amenities on this side, we just have grills/fire pit, and places to sit outside. The pool and clubhouse are close enough by if you want to walk you can, but I will take my car as it's HOT in the summer!

I wish there were cameras throughout the complex to record anything that… might happen as anyone can get in since there are not gates. There worst things is that not everyone cleans up after their dog takes care of its business, you can smell marijuana, and the trash pickup can have issues with picking up when they are supposed to.

Overall, I enjoy it here and have been here just over two years now. I LOVE being in downtown Powder Springs!

It has been great so far! It's been quiet, everyone is welcoming, staff/maintenance is helpful! The only thing is parking is limited and you might have to park across the street.
