The best! Such a clean property with amazing management and the most diligent maintenance folk. I really enjoy my stay here! Also, if you have pets this place is the perfect spot to consider a lease.

Big bedroom and closet space compared to other Roswell apartments. Can’t hear my neighbors either which is a pro. The electrical sometimes goes out in odd places of the apartment but the office will just replace fuses.

I’ve had a great experience living at The Catherine. The maintenance team is amazing—always friendly, professional, and quick to take care of any issues. They have such a helpful attitude and genuinely care about keeping the community in great shape. Tony and the lady at the front desk are also super helpful and welcoming, making everything easier for residents. On top of that, the community itself is really nice and well-maintained. I truly appreciate the great service and atmosphere here!

I have been living here for about 2 years now and it has been great besides struggling to find close by parking sometimes in the nights. I’d recommend here to anyone

Easy apartment to get to, wish there was more parking for guests and neighbors are nice love the front staff but maintenance people are very grumpy all the time
