Great amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all times, shout out to Wayne and Kristy. The new sidewalks in the neighborhood was an unexpected bonus. Easy walk to several restaurants is also a plus. The Southern Georgia spring weather has this Montana boy hooked. Love the pools. It’s like living in a resort!

It is quiet, safe and the management staff are amazing. From communication to resident events. This is the only place in Thomasville I would call home.

Absolutely love my apartment as well as the staff and location. It’s a peaceful and what I think is a safe place to live . I can also brag on the maintenance crew and how prompt they are with getting work orders completed .

The staff at Grand Park has excellent costumer services. They always inform us on any issues concerning the facilities, police officers are patrolling the complex 24 hours a day and the staff reward us by organizing events for the residents. I will be renewing my lease because I feel protected and appreciated.
