Wailuku Heights is a prominent neighborhood that sits on the central valley side of the West Maui Mountains at around 1000 feet of elevation. Centrally located to easily access the airport, world class beaches, golf courses, hospital, shopping and dining. Short walk down the street to the community park that hosts a large grassy field, kids playground and adult exercise stations. Every morning you can watch the sun rise over Haleakala. Every late afternoon/early evening as the sun sets behind the 5,788 foot tall West Maui Mountains Wailuku Heights gets cast in the shadows and starts cooling off earlier than most places on the island.
The downstairs ohana is currently rented to a quiet professional single person and the owners keep half the garage to store their Chevy Surburban. Included utilities are electric (up to $250 a month-there are ample Solar/PV panels with Tesla backup batteries), water/sewer (up to $250 a month), high speed WiFi internet & cable package, landscaping, pool service, and trash/refuse service. Tenant does not need to transfer any of these utilities into their name. Tenant would be responsible for obtaining and maintaining a renters insurance policy. No pets please. Available April 1st, 2025 for a 7 month term only with some flexibility on the start and end date.
