Dolan Homes at northwest point (cotner of northwest BLVD and 53 ave.)

i have been living here for almost 3 years. the neighborhood is great all the neighbors are friendly. and courteous. it is a great area for dogs. We have a labradoodle in which we walk him 3 times a day. and see our neighbors on a continuous basis. Also Dolan homes is on top of any maintenance in our home. and is very easy to work with us regarding our home and comforts for living.

Great Community and Management

We’ve been renting at Northwest Pointe for almost 3 years. We love the community, pet friendly, and the management is very responsive. The townhome is modern, with stainless steel appliances. The bedrooms/rooms are very spacious. It is also very accessible to the stores, restaurants and the mall.

Townhomes at Northwest Pointe

I lived in the Townhomes at Northwest Pointe. I was very impressed by how smooth the leasing and move-in process was. The townhouse was in excellent condition... like a new build! I never had any issue that wasn't addressed/resolved timely. I would highly recommend!
