    Seems great at first

    The rent is a fair price, but it’s only a fair price after you realize you are going to be nickel and dimed for every single amenity. 100+ on your rent a MONTH for an AC unit when this is a brick building that holds heat every well is crazy and cruel to me. Parking isn’t better they have a sketchy parking lot that’s also another 100+ a month to park, and I wouldn’t even trust it with all the people parking there during the weekends to hit the bars. The neighbors aren’t great, some of them have… been kind but most have made me feel unwelcome and like I don’t belong. The floors are so squeaky you and hear what’s going on above you and you can’t take two steps without hearing a squeak. I also had a package stolen and I reached out to management for help and received 0 help, but about a week later they sent an email out about someone else’s package that was stolen so it felt like they didn’t even care about me. I do not recommend living here.
