Amazing Location and Beautiful high end details

Sawtooth Flats has the perfect location to everything! With all of the construction that goes on in the summer, it's perfectly situated to navigate and makes it easy to get around. You can walk, literally WALK, to a beach during the summer, or an upscale restaurant. It's near the most beautiful bookstore and coffee shop. Every detail is high-end in the unit as well, from the entry doors to the kitchen. You definitely get more of a townhome feel, rather than an apartment. The fob entry feels… secure, and you already have wifi right at move-in, which takes a huge burden off. The home is spacious. I definitely would recommend this place!

Clean and New, Great Location

Sawtooth Flats is such an amazing place to live! The community is beautiful, modern, and everything still feels fresh and brand new. The location is hard to beat, super close to parks, the river, and some really great local restaurants and coffee spots. It’s the perfect mix of convenience and outdoor lifestyle. The atmosphere is welcoming, peaceful, and ideal for anyone wanting to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend checking it out!

Do not rent from this property or company

Utility issues causing overcharges, management unable to explain where, why, or how those charges are occurring, key-less entry problems occurring at both apartment complex entrances and unit entrances - this is all happening with this apartment complex and its parent rental company. Until management can resolve these issues, utilize high caution before investing in this residence and company.

Terrible place to call home

Can't get packages delivered on a consistent basis. The delivery person can't get into the building since its a key fob entry. Frustrating is a mild word description for this issue.
