The River Plaza building is 51 story condominium building. There are 678 units in the building. As you walk inside you will walk into the building atrium. There is a designated doorman station where guest can check in before being allowed to enter... into the residential lobby. The door man is there 24 hours a day. In the lobby you will see multiple seating areas where guest can wait for you. The management office is on-site and are there Monday to Friday. On level P3 of the building you will find a majority of the amenities for the building.
