Management is on top of it!

Management always responds quickly and they are quick to address maintenance requests too. Since I have moved in, they repainted the lobby a red crimson color which is fun since I'm an IU student. I enjoy being so close to a coffee shop too (Crumble Bakery) it's right downstairs. They have a printer that students can use which comes in handy. We also got free gift cards for a cup of coffee from the management team. I plan on staying here until I graduate since it has been a great experience so... far! I love living in a secured building.

German Cockroaches

We moved into an apartment this year with a German Cockroach infestation. Might be more then just our room who knows. Situation pending...
