A waste of money
I have lived here close to 3 years and I’m finally moving out. The management changed about less than a year ago, and they’re completely useless. I was doing my laundry at random laundry mats for several months, and we were never notified that they were even broken. I have messaged the official manager several times who purposefully ignores my messages. There has been caution tape over the stairs to my apartment for close to a year because the stairs aren’t connected to the actual staircase and... could easily fall, but I suppose they just decided to not fix it?? On top of this, there was an instance where she sent out a mass message through an app telling us a specific location to leave our rent (claiming this spot was the best location). Only a couple days later, that building was broken into and they stole all of it. So the managers response was to tell everyone to put their rent into this new “safer” location. I can only imagine how “safe” my rent is when there haven’t been working locks on the doors to the main office in close to a year. They have a great alternative though, pay through an app that charges more than a $20 dollar fee on top of your rent for “electronic services”. Please go somewhere else.

There is a $21 service fee to... pay online, however is not charged by the property website, it’s a service fee charged by the vendor processing your payment. All payments are based on a percentage of the payment amount depending on what type of card used, a credit card is a higher fee. The best cost savings way to make a payment is by ACH which is only .95 cents. We want to make sure you know you have other options that are also convenient to make your payment.
