Great community

I truly enjoyed my time living at this apartment community. The front office team, especially Monica and Angie, always made the experience smooth and stress-free. They were approachable, professional, and genuinely cared about residents. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to help.

The maintenance crew deserves recognition as well. They were prompt, thorough, and attentive to every request, no matter how small. It gave me confidence knowing things would always be... taken care of right away.

Overall, this property is run by a team that values its residents, and it really shows. I’m grateful for the excellent service during my stay and would happily recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live.

Don't count on these A/C units in the Summer

We have put in several A/C repair, and now replacement requests for the 25 year old Air Conditioner unit in our apartment to no avail. The office manager said, "All these apartments have those same A/C's and they aren't complaining, there is a process. " Maintenance guy came out and did a very superficial vent test during the coolest time of the morning and said it worked fine. Here I sit in a 80 degree apartment just after getting off of work at 6pm even though the A/C is set to 74 degrees. It... is old, it's time to replace the A/C unit. We have been here 3 years but this will be our last.

Always the carpet

Same story as the rest. During the year we stayed here nothing major happened had a few issues with appliances matinence eventual showed up when we put in request slow but not surprising. The kicker and it's been the same in ever apartment I've been in this one being no different minor stains on carpet they replace the whole thing my recommendation if you have kids, an animal, drink or eat food be warry stains cost you alot.

I love it here!

I have lived her for a year now and am definitely renewing my lease! The staff is quick to help and are super friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Great Apt. Community

I have lived here for 2 years and adore this property! The office staff are so friendly and the maintenance men are so quick to solve issues. I would 100% recommend this apartment community to others!
