not worth the price
I lived in these apartments for 3 years and your experience is super hit or miss depending on the building you live in.
My first year I really liked living there. the apartment that I was in just seemed to be in better shape. I downsized to a one bedroom and my experience was absolutely horrible.
the apartment I received smelled like cigarette smoke and after pressing the office staff over and over the finally admitted that smoke could ride up through the wildly porous drop ceiling. despite... countless complaints they are not willing to do anything about the CHAIN smokers who make the entire building unbearable. While they make a big deal about non smoking when you sign the lease, that is the extent of it.
Finally, the buildings are key access only but most of the door intercom systems are broken so you will seldom receive your packages on time and as COVID hit, they seem to have take to using as a crutch to cut expenses (no front gate security "due to covid" - not sure how someone who use to sit behind a glass, alone at night, was impacted due covid)
net-net, this apartments are not worth the cost, especially given all the random issue that you constantly have to deal with.
PS. a lot of the "amenities" they offer are just check boxes. Gym is a single, small, room with like 4 pieces of equipment. online payment is through some seemingly shady and unsecure website where I don't recommend inputting your bank info.
