Worst place to rent from EVER!

Worst place to rent from EVER! When I moved in the apartment was filthy. Maintenance has left my door ajar and unlocked multiple times and didn't even fix what they were supposed to when they were in there. Office staff don't care and don't communicate. My water heater went out a week and a half ago and they still have not replaced it. They haven't given a date or time of when it will get fixed. Seriously do not rent here!!!
