Customer Service is SO BAD
I showed up for a scheduled a showing at this location and they never showed up for it. No one answers the main phone line. But I received MULTIPLE texts from two different property representatives asking for confirmation that I’d be there. They wasted my time all week: canceling the scheduled appointment by accident, rescheduling the canceled appointment, miscommunicating the wrong address of their leasing office, sending me multiple messages on two separate text threads, not answering direct... questions (just saying “call the office”), not answering their main phone line during their posted business hours, and not even having someone show for the scheduled appointment. It's a miracle they’re able to function at all as a property management company because their communication and customer service for potential residents is the worst I've ever experienced. I can’t imagine how bad it is for current residents.
