Idek where to start with this property. They have changed property management numerous times during my contract and during the several months of month to month leasing. No one in office remembers anything you speak to them about on phone or in person and you should not expect them to actually put anything into your "file". The office never updates your information after multiple times of informing them of changes via phone calls or in-person. They locked us into a unremodeled unit when the first... original manager promised to get us into a new remodeled unit as a "deal" for a first few weeks during their renovation. The staffing alone is a rotating crew and no one ever stays more than a few weeks. As another review states, this property refuses to allow you to leave your lease when it is up. They wouldn't accept proof (based on their requirements) of new ownership, though the individual already lived there, to take over my unit. Long story short is things got extra messy as time continued and tries everything they can to pin you with additional issues even if you are an great resident. Neighbors are extremely noisy on all sides of your unit and a constant smell of weed is going to leak into your private space. The airflow in the units is also poor even with the AC running all day, all year around. Don't walk, RUN from this place!
