Still not much change!

They still have very poor manager/tenant communication and participation skills. Very unprofessional when taking care of business. They give you heck while you're there and even more heck when you leave. My refund balance took 60 days when their lease called for 30 days to return the refund. Always some stupid excuse for not getting it processed in a timely manner. Then they had the nerve to charge me according to their already broken and violated lease, which they breached, mind you! Don't… waste your time. They're all about money and care about nothing else!!!

Don’t waste your time

When I first moved in I loved the area. After the first month that feeling went away. I found cockroaches in the apartment and the property manager did nothing about them. If you have a problem nothing will be done about it. Management will tell you they will do something but nothing ever gets done. I have had a leaky roof since January and now it’s April and still not fixed. You constant have to remind thing things need fixed. Most of the buildings have been poorly maintained. Maintenance has… no knowledge on how to fix most issues. He just puts a bandage on the problem not truly ever fixing it. They do not enforce people to pick up after their animals. There is no snow or ice removal.

Unfortunate Truth

My last month is coming up, I can tell you I was very disappointed with the Apartment Managers. If you decide to live here, please understand that you will have to stay on top of them to be sure things are done. Maintenance Guy, Angel is very down to earth and you’ll see that. Side note:Make sure your AC is recently updated. Ours went out during July, contacted emergency maintenance to only find out the managers assigned no one for that weekend and they not apologized for the inconvenience.

Poor Communication & Management

Property Manager is not resourceful, does not even know her own fax number. Tried calling to see the update of my application that was given to her last week on Thursday, called this Thursday and was told it was not processed yet and then proceeded to explain that everyone at the office has been ill and then was told that she was unsure when it would be ready. On top of that, when trying to drop off the application form we agreed to meet around 1 and the day I arrived the office was closed. Then… proceeded to arrive there at 12 a different time and no one was at the office once again. I had to call just to find out they changed their hours to 8-12. At this time, the managing is a joke and needs to be improved.
