Come see for yourself

Before i moved in I read a lot of reviews and i started doubting about moving in. To my surprise every negative thing that i read about I haven’t come across any of that. Felt welcomed here and the management is very good especially Lee she made sure my moving in was less stressful and checked up on me until I settled. The apartment was clean, big and beautiful and was really surprised about it. This is a great place to call home.

Worst apartment complex I have ever seen or heard of

Management may as well not even exist, they are so neglectful. If you have a maintenance problem, you may as well pray for the problem to solve itself because no one is coming. When they actually do decide to communicate, they are disrespectful and condescending. They do not maintain their own grounds, but will tow your car if you have a flat tire. Last year we went almost the entire summer with no air conditioning because they refused to fix it. I could go on but hopefully this will dissuade… you from moving here

Terrible

The management at oakbrook has taken a very drastic drop. They have no regard for your own wellbeing, seemed like they were going through hire after hire with maintenance and will only snap back if you have complaints. They constantly had issues with they trash compactor where trash would just be laying all over the place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Don't move here, keep looking

My husband got transferred for work, we were there for a short time and found out my husband's cancer had spread and the doctors could not do anything else for him, gave him six months to a year. He had to leave his job and wanted to go home to be around friends and family, I went to the lease office and explained our situation and asked what we had to do to get out of lease, she gave me papers to sign and said we would have to pay three months rent, she said we could make payments but I said… we still had my husband's last few pay checks so I would pay it in full, she said they would do a final walk through and if there was damage they would take out of deposit, I understood, I asked is this everything to get out and she said yes. Fast forward three weeks and I get an additional bill for $1340 and they are keeping out deposit, I called and she said you have to pay 60 days of rent because you didn't give us 60 day notice. I said but I asked you when I was in your office if this was everything and she said well it's in the lease so you have to pay it.
