I haven't gotten a chance to live in the community yet however, from my experience so far I am very pleased. The staff reached out right away when I inquired about moving in, they have been quick with getting everything updated to get my application in for review and have stayed in contact with me through the entire process letting me know what the next steps are. I don't think I have ever had a better experience with applying and communicating so easily with any of the prior apartment… communities I've lived. I hope I get to call brookstone my new home for my family we are all so eagerly waiting to hear back! I want to thank you all for being so kind to me and handling everything so professionally.

PACKAGES CAN EASILY BE STOLEN!! I've been living here for a little over a year now and our packages that got placed in the clubhouse used to get locked up after the employees leave but they recently installed a new mail room that is always locked and you use an app to see when ur packages arrive and you can only open the door if you have a package using the app. but, the app has a feature that lets you just open the door whenever completely foregoing the entire locking system so basically all of… our packages are in a completely unlocked door. I've talked to other tenets who have had their packages stolen and I have had mine too. Before writing this I tried to contact the office to let them know but I could never get through to them and I actually talked to one of the friends of the employees and they said they've known about this problem for months. so not only can other tenets easily steal your packages the staff just don't seem to care about fixing the issue either.
