Strange Office Staff

There is an older woman that works in the office that drives around the complex all day everyday staring at people. She doesn't speak. She won't wave. Nothing around here improves. People are still very loud. People leave their trash out all the time. So I don't understand what she calls herself doing. It's creepy! So if you enjoy being stalked for no explainable reason, this is the complex for you!

Wonderful place to live!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year with our dog. The apartments are very well matained and affordable. Landscaping is done every week and maintenance is very good at fixing any issues right away. They provided doggy stations at nearly every grassy area. The only issue I have seen is the dumpster/compacter as it fills up very quickly, they should have included a second one

I have not lived in a apt for a long time and am very glad that I did the managers and very help and the maint staff is fast and efficient. They are proud of the water park and landscape. All kitchen has all new appliances. Families and singles are all welcomed. Applegate Farms is home like no other
