Terrible customer service
I’ve had some questionable experiences with them already but the lack of empathy or helpfulness is ridiculous. I had a the old parking permits but wasn’t aware we needed new ones because the subject of the email was simply “parking permits” so it was an oversight but simply titling it “new parking permits” would’ve led me read the email more in depth rather than me thinking it’s just letting people know to keep parking permits visible. When I told the lady up front she couldn’t care less. When... I asked to speak to management she denied me from speaking to him. I have the same car I’ve always had but rather than just update my info on file and issue a new one or even the simplest letter to let me know the situation they just tow it without notice but yet I walk out to today to see a letter about the new manager but it’s too much for the same courtesy on a simple parking permit.
