The people live there are really stressed always

This place sucks they have a horrible parking system if you live there your car could be towed at any time with No reason, and they have a really bad Customer service even I don’t understand how their are rate with 4.9 stars and all the reviews are bad their are cheating

Sorry for any inconvenience you experienced, Lorena. Parking is monitored by Pinky's Towing. I am sorry that you DOUBLE PARKIONG on the community grounds caused for your vehicle to be towed. Management has sent many emails in reference to parking... and double parking is a violation of the lease and parking addendum. Stay away from that place

Rent there could be stressfully and horribly,the pool work just 8 hours for 5 days in the week with a liveguard mandatory,it really sucks everything there bad experience

Terrible customer service

I’ve had some questionable experiences with them already but the lack of empathy or helpfulness is ridiculous. I had a the old parking permits but wasn’t aware we needed new ones because the subject of the email was simply “parking permits” so it was an oversight but simply titling it “new parking permits” would’ve led me read the email more in depth rather than me thinking it’s just letting people know to keep parking permits visible. When I told the lady up front she couldn’t care less. When... I asked to speak to management she denied me from speaking to him. I have the same car I’ve always had but rather than just update my info on file and issue a new one or even the simplest letter to let me know the situation they just tow it without notice but yet I walk out to today to see a letter about the new manager but it’s too much for the same courtesy on a simple parking permit.

The rental staff does not do what is needed or ask

this place has went downhill, the tenants do no care about the complex, there is trash all over the complex, the rent is too much for the care that is given!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
