    Not worth it

    Plenty of places in the area that are nicer and at the same price point if not cheaper. Maintenance shows up a week after requests put in and will say they can come back with a part to fix the issue and never do. Dog parks are constantly covered in poop. Dog bags go weeks without being replaced.

    Heard from a previous employee that the management group refuses to put any money in the complex for upgrades and fix existing issues. Pool was opened for a couple weeks in the entire summer and the    … maintenance guy told me the issue was known about the previous year but still was not dealt with.

    The prices displayed on the internet are not close to what they charge. Lease has no buyout clause so if you need to move you will be stuck in your lease. Fees charged are ridiculous. I was even charged a "termination fee" upon leaving even though I stayed until my lease was expired.

    "Luxury" should not be used in the description of this place.
