We've been residents here for over 2 years, and like living here very much. The staff are excellent, and so are most of the residents. We are planning to move soon. :)

Staff always friendly and helpful. Appreciate beautiful lobby area. Coffee machine a bonus. Residents friendly. Appreciate the greenery & peace in the zen garden. Great location.

Let me start by saying the complex is super nice & well maintained. The maintenance staff is also a dream.
I moved into a first floor unit about a month ago and it’s been nothing short of pure misery. I’ve lived in many apartments and I’ve never experienced such issues with noise. The floors are paper thin. Expect to hear everything your upstairs neighbor does (and if you’re super lucky like me that includes nonstop heavy-footed walking, dropping weights and rearranging furniture 50x a day.)... Management deems these disturbances I hear all day long normal, even with ample proof. I was told it’s just footsteps I’m hearing (not true in the slightest), I’m sensitive and I can work elsewhere if I’m distracted (when I pay good money to live here and have full use of my unit.) To give more context, my poor dogs are constantly in flight or fight thinking someone is breaking in due to huge thuds.
If you work from home or simply enjoy your peace, stay away or only rent from top floor. Such a shame - other than being poorly built, dismissive staff and rude neighbors, it would be an ideal place to call home.
