POOR MANGEMENT
Ive been here 2.5 years and loved it till the beginning if this year since the new mangement team Arlington has taken over I've had nothing but issues and zero responses from my multiple calls, messages and emails. They dont stay in office to the extent of their designates hours and are unresponsive if it's not financially beneficial to them. They twist the terms of your lease and hope you dont make a fuss about all the extra charges. Staff are constantly quitting so everyone dealing with your... money is in training and has little to no clue of what's going on. The appartments are beautiful and they will seam great when signing a lease but the second they have you locked in your screwed. DONT MOVE HERE!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER/OWNER SUCKS
Worst customer service ever! Do not recommend!!!! Owner was extremely rude and not helpful and all they care about is making money! Not helping clients or trying to improve their ratings! I would never suggest anyone move here! Owner should be FIRED ASAP

Not the place to live
Community is not secure, people from outside have no issues getting in. They walk in or drive thru the gates when someone is leaving or coming in. Dog are allowed to run lose in community that will attack someone or another dog. A/C is always breaking in units. Noises are out of control the walls are so thin. No carpet so you can hear everybody walking above you.
