The new apartment is beautiful and very comfortable, with a great location close to everything I need. It truly feels like the perfect place to start a calm and exciting new chapter.

We enjoy living at Boston East. We moved here from Florida and it made the transition so much more pleasant. We have family here just a 10 minute walk away. The staff I’ve lost in East is extremely helpful and friendly and I highly recommend.

Beautiful neighborhood and location, amenities are ok however the gym amenity is slightly lacking. Very high rental payments for one bed rooms and studios which isn’t a negative however something to keep in mind.

The living environment is great,the ocean is right next to us,and the greenery and facilities are amazing.The apartment staff are also very friendly.
