Great view from our apt. Management and maintenance are excellent. The only issue is the thin walls and ceilings. We hear everything from the apt above us

I love the area, the people who work hear Monday through Friday! Weekends things tend to fall off, from cleanliness in the building to the concierge not opening the doors and just sitting on their phones then digging for my phone to manage to unlock the doors. The dog park needs a-lot of help/love, and doordashes or Amazon packages being left in the doorways rather than at the desk. Luis, Becky, and Geo are the ones I see hustling and bustling and going out of their ways to help out residents.... But when it comes to people and neighbors, it’s a different ball field. Maintenance is always a 10/10!

Boston East management is very accommodating and attentive. Made my move in process simple and quick. Every time I walk by the office I am greeted with a smile. They do a great job of making you feel right at home. Very happy with my decision of choosing Boston East.
