Annual rent increases are continuously too high. Amenities are good, but be prepared to pay for them year after year. Rent increases are routinely 10%.

We moved in a,week ago and it has been amazing. We have everything within in 11 minutes. So convenient. The apartment itself is cozy. Neighbors are friendly. Loving it.

It’s a pretty nice community. The lake is an amazing bonus. The townhomes are big and spacious. Maintenance is friendly and quick. Office management does a nice job with community activities.

Quiet and peaceful community. Dog friendly which is always a plus when you have furry family member's. Maintenance and landscaping does a fantastic job all year round.
