Strata is a great place to live. Great community with kids and pets. Noise isn’t too crazy, neighbors might get a little loud but noise level is definitely lower than other apartments. Maintenance is responsive, but sometimes a little late to get back to unfinished projects. Denise and Hannah are great!

Nice community outdoor garden boxes, produces food and herbs. Maintenance is very responsive. Welcome change in security company, more visible and attentive. We need more guest parking spaces.

We moved here site unseen based on the website. The application process went very smoothly and the staff was excellent at responding to any questions or concerns. The property is also very well kept.
The outdoor entertainment area is so nice as well as the indoor area. Then there is the gym which is fully equipped and always clean. I really have nothing negative to say.
The only thing i wish but it's ok is that the kitchen was a bit bigger and had more cabinets
