The Chase at Overlook Ridge

Moved to Overlook in October & I completely love it! I love my apartment, I love the amenities around me! Even if there's thousands of neighbors, it's still very peaceful!
Ive requested maintenance twice and they've came right away, no over waiting which is great! Communication with management has been good too.

We lived here for 5 years before moving in with family so I could invest in my nursing school education. After we left we missed the community a lot since we have kids the playground, pool, play room and the in unit laundry are major pluses. I finally graduated nursing school and we just moved back in and are very happy to be back. The maintenance staff are so helpful and complete even small requests in a very timely manner. We love it here.

I’ve been living at The Chase in Revere for almost a year, and my experience has been positive. The leasing office staff, maintenance team, and housekeeping staff are always welcoming, responsive, and helpful whenever I reach out.

The community offers great amenities, and the free shuttle to and from Boston is a huge plus. I’ve also noticed several thoughtful improvements over the past year, including technology upgrades that enhance security and overall resident safety. PLEASE DON'T MOVE EVER HERE. IT WAS A MY BIGGEST MISTAKE. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF

The management at this community is extremely poor. No one in the office seems to have the courage to take responsibility for anything, and the vendors they work with don’t respect them either. My air conditioning has been broken for three weeks now despite multiple follow-ups, and it’s been over 90 degrees every day. The people sitting in the office have no courtesy or empathy for residents and show no urgency in... resolving critical issues. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of basic accountability and care for residents’ well-being.

They pay tenants to give positive reviews. Unprofessional is putting it lightly. As I waited for my tour that never happened several tenants were approaching the desk for missing packages, packages being sent to the wrong building, and even worse there was a tenant getting several months of bills for his service dog and he got cuts on his and the dog's feet from staples sticking out of the carpet. This is a poorly managed and unprofessional company for sure. They let you schedule online through... a virtual assistant who is not a real person nor shows accurate availability. I scheduled a tour for 4 pm because the website said it was available. Then I get an email saying they only have 5pm available, mind you I had already arranged to leave work early so I said whatever 5pm is fine. Then I get there (20 minutes early too), they bounce me between several people until they finally sign me in. The girl at the desk said somebody would be right with me. Then 5pm rolls by, still nobody checks on me. Then it's 5:20pm and finally someone tells me they don't do tours after 4:30 pm despite their virtual assistant rescheduling me and confirming me for 5:00pm. This isn't even the worst part.
