Stonegate is a nice community with a pleasant living environment. The staff has been responsive and helpful, and overall, the experience has been good so far. My only suggestion is to make sure all maintenance work, such as finishing cabinets or other small details, is completed before move-in. Once everything is done, it truly feels like a great place to call home.

We were initially very excited to move here but have been repeatedly disappointed since signing our lease. It took over a month for us to even get our keys to the back door, we still have not heard back regarding a storage unit despite following up with multiple staff members several times over the three months we’ve lived here, communication with staff is beyond abysmal as soon as you sign your lease, and we firmly believe this is not a safe space for your pets if they have any sort of... behavioral or emotional/anxiety struggles. Staff do not know how to properly interact with fearful animals and clearly do not care for their wellbeing.

I honestly can’t recommend Stone Gate enough, it’s a pricier apartment area wise but it’s very worth the price. The area is peaceful, the amenities are perfect, and you get all the appliances that some other apartments don’t give you privately like laundry machines and wifi
