4.9 to be exact

I enjoy living here. Yes, I pay a pretty penny for rent, but that's how it is these days.

Anyway, the property manager, Kathy takes her job seriously and her office staff is pleasant and helpful. Shout out to Sasha!

The maintenance staff are very nice and responsive to requests. The landscaping is taken care of, and the common area hallways are cleaned regularly.

It's nice having the pool and the lifeguard is very attentive. I watched her do head counts every so often.

Some might find… the rules to be a little restrictive, but it works for me.

Never Follows Through

Beware this apartment complex is extremely unprofessional. When they make mistakes they never apologize.

Tracie has been very helpful, patient, and courteous with making my families transition to our new apartment. She has fixed everything, I have brought to her attention. Brandon in Maintenance, has followed through with all of the repairs, and has been very professional. I haven't had time to get out in the community, but may change my rating to 5 stars after I do.

Pay attn

Dog policy states that small dogs under 24 lbs are allowed however my dog got attacked by 50 lb plus dogs three times. Trash receptical is unsanitary Hidden brook is now subsidized bringing in undesirable tenants

Never called back

They never called us back after several calls and e mails. We ended up finding the address on our own and driving through. The pool they advertise is very very small at best enough for 5-6 people and the community is very big. It seems things are repaired with ply wood and not even painted. It felt like the projects with an outrageous price tag for rent. We were not impressed.
