love living at The Nines! The aesthetics are hotel-like and impressive. Cleaning and maintenance staff are prompt and efficient. The management team is 5-star, very responsive to issues. My only complaint is the shower pressure, which is only strong between 1-5 AM. Otherwise, I'm very comfortable here and feel at home.

We just got an apartment in the nine. As a second home it is wonderful to be in such a beautiful property with nice people and great amenities. It allows us to experience the best of several important communities, Newton, Wellesley, Needham, and Morristown throw from downtown as well. We’re very impressed with our experience so far and look forward to summertime at the pool.
