I had an amazing experience touring Station 316, and a huge part of that was thanks to Lori. From the moment we met her, she was incredibly welcoming, personable, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. She took her time with us, answered every single question we had without rushing, and made sure we were able to see multiple floor plans so we could find the one that truly fit our needs.
What stood out most was how much she actually cared about helping us make the right decision, not just any... decision. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process feel easy and exciting instead of overwhelming.
We ended up loving everything Station 316 has to offer, and we’re so happy with the apartment we chose. Lori honestly made the entire experience couldn’t have asked for a better tour or better guidance.

Outstanding customer service. The facilities are unbelievable, and the amenities are even better. I would recommend anyone that lives in the Boston area too at minimum take a tour.

I just moved in this Sunday and so far Nahaman and Abby made this experience easy breezy. The apartment is beautiful and spacious with a lot of storage. The location on where the apartment is nice as well. There is so many beautiful amenities and spaces in this building to go to and be. I’m glad that I’m here and this place is so luxurious and beautiful
