Bugs, leaking, no A/C

This place has a serious bug (Roach) infestation, no central AC, kitchen sink was leaking for months and floor has water damage and the laundry room ceiling continuously leaks! It needs to be torn down. Stay away I will be trying to leave here under 1 year.

Could do better

Moved in there were dead bug everywhere. I had to spray myself to get the bug to go away. Then they don’t mention after I signed my lease and pick up the keys that I have to display the parking permit in my car, learned after I got my car towed. Windows don’t lock and no screens on the windows, someone can easily break in.
