A Home with All That We Could Want and Need
I love our new apartment home! What a peaceful experience from initialing touring with Sienna to moving into our new home! It is quiet. Smoke free property. The lease has everything covered where I had my hard no’s and I was so thankful that Morgan Properties put all the thought into such a detailed lease. The lease is excellent. We are tucked away and I don’t hear any road traffic at all. I see the most beautiful sunrises and sun shining in my home and off our balcony. Our community property... is well kept and is safe. I love that my family can access the fitness center 24 hours of the day, so they go at their convenience and enjoy working out with all the great equipment. There’s sidewalks throughout the community. You can experience nature and songbirds singing in peace. Our community has a pool. There’s a fire pit, grill, and foosball table. I just love our new home. There’s also a small business center and Amazon hub. Overall I count this a joyous experience moving in!

I have lived here 3 months now. It’s a decent apartment! Very quiet and the halls are kept clean. Despite this being a smoke-free apartment,I have noticed a couple residents smoking. The management doesn’t do anything about it other than send out reminder emails that it’s a “smoke-free community” every week. Also, our apartment was dirty when we moved in so that was a bummer.
