Was a good neighborhood but not anymore
We moved into this neighborhood three and a half years ago, and it was a good place at first. However, the condition significantly declined about a year and a half ago. There’s a frequent marijuana smell, poor management in addressing issues, and overall declining upkeep. The final reason we decided to move out was the rent increase—over 10% this year alone.
When we first moved in, Kim was incredibly nice, but her attitude changed drastically during the move-out process. During the final... inspection, things took a disappointing turn.
For reference, they charged us $100 for drywall repairs, $150 to re-grout the shower wall, and $15 for two blinds. These deductions totaled our entire deposit, with no consideration for normal wear and tear.
