Cherry Tree is an apartment community in Rosedale, MD
This small property has gone through so much and finally it seems like they have the right person in place. Honestly speaking I liked the apartment for only a few reasons - patio space, no steps and how quiet the neighborhood is but other than that everything is the same with all the other apartments. it's old, lots of trees, and dumpsters are messy.

Nice Cozy Neighborhood
It's fairly quiet and so tucked in I like how small the community is. I love that it's wooded neighborhood. sometimes it's hard to get a hold of maintenance for repairs but overall it's a good place to live. this is my 4th year here.

Less Than Poor
Dog waste is not picked up by most residents; there is no "dog play area" as suggested in the ad; the walls in each unit are paper thin so you can hear all kinds of noises from adjoining apts. Drug and prostitution activity is ignored by the property management. Many efficiency units are occupied by 10 people which is also ignored by the management; the local police department considers the apt. development a slum and also feels that the cooperation from management is nil. The police average... a visit of once a week due to various problems. Management has an attitude of "as long as tenants pay their rent on time, there is nothing we can do about various and sundry problems." The rent is quite high for the amenities offered. The move-in and various other fees are not kept in an escrow account and are NOT returned to tenants when they leave. A person might want to think twice about moving to these apts.
