Maintenance and cleaning team are the lifeblood of this building The maintenance team and cleaning team always work incredibly hard, and respond to request extremely quickly. They keep the building clean and running, and I hope red tail is paying them well. Can’t say the same for the leasing office.

Responsive and efficient Our most recent maintenance request was for pest control service. The technician showed up on the day that was scheduled, and treated the kitchen and bathroom areas. He was very informative, and did a very thorough job.

Poor consumer service I had a tour to view a 2bedroom 2 bathroom unit and the lady who showed me the apartment had nasty attitude. I honestly don’t under how can someone work in a costumer-facing role and have a such attitude. Although the unit was not in my budget, I thought she would have offered to send/email me information about the unit or other units, but nope!
