Overall the community is one of the best in the area and neighbors are friendly, respectful and welcoming. Sitting around the pool is great to and eveyone is enjoying themselves. Sharing of the community resources like grills and firepits is very respectful and often others will share the grill if they are not fully using it. A slight concern is now that the property is 18 months old its quickly beginning to show it wear and tear, concerning that property management is not keeping up. One... of the grills has not been working for a month, more consistant issues with the WIFI which is effecting us that work from home, landscaping needs attention and the dead trees and plants need to be addressed. Stains on the carpets should have been cleaned or replaced, and the trash system is constantly breaking down. So far employees have been welcoming and helpful and the apartment is comfortable and cozy. And the area is great. Only issues we’ve had is noise with the highway so close

Everyone I have come in contact with has been very helpful and nice. Moving from another state sight unseen can be very stressful but the Seacoast team has been amazing!

It's has been lovely living here but I'm not sure if I'm going to renew my lease since of pricing. Its nice that they have ev parking. Its a pretty building on the outside but there are little flaws with the floors not being flat and chip paint and scrates on the floor.

I just moved in but the whole experience has been amazing and I love the property so far. Jenn was super helpful with the move in process. I’m excited to spend some time here.
