I recently moved into landmark and the maintenance team has been wonderful if there are any issues as well as going above and beyond. The office staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They are taking any matters and concerns seriously and really doing what they need to in order to ensure we have a great living environment! Cant wait to live here in the fall also!

I learned while searching for apartments this past year that the process is very overwhelming, and there are many options located in Ann Arbor. As soon as I stepped into Landmark for a tour, the employees were all very friendly. The staff member explained all of our potential options in terms of floor plan and layout, which our group found incredibly helpful. We were shown the building, as well as a sample room similar to the floor plan we were considering renting. Because of the atmosphere and... incredible staff, we decided to rent at Landmark.

I'm glad I made the choice I did. Landmark is a wonderful place to live! From the lovely community to the plethora of amenities available (including a patio with a hot tub, a 24/7 gym, a theater, and study lounges), Landmark is a great choice. Loved my time at the George. Excellent amenities for a great price. Frankly wish I found it earlier. Now that I have a job in the area, I am planning on staying at the George for a while

The location is the only good thing about this OVERPRICED building. The bedrooms are tiny (smaller than the smallest dorm room) and have the bare minimum. The “desk” has no drawers or bookshelves. Management was very disorganized. Every month we would get an email saying that our rent was late, even though the check had already cleared. When we would point this out, management would say to disregard the mass email regarding late rent. This would happen every month!
