Great place to live

This will be my 11th year at Clinton Place and I can't say enough great things. We recently got new maintenance and as usual was able to find and fix the issue. Never have a problem with maintenance getting down to the bottom of any issue. Response to issues are taken care of in a timely manner.

Our Management Emilie is great at answering all my questions I have. Very friendly staff. I've seen a lot of changes in my 11 years and all for the better. This is a great community to live in. It… doesn't feel like you're living in an apartment but rather a condo. A very safe environment.

Love having our own entrance, own washer and dryer among other things. They are always trying to make the community better and better every year. Could not imagine calling any other place home. This will be our forever home!

Do Not Reccomend

Broken AC unit and No Hot water. Waste of money.
Maintenance came couldn't fix AC unit, after a month of complaining and a sky rocketing bill it took a specialist to fix it.
Didn't have hot water the last month living here maintenance came a couple times, no change.
Dumpster is always over flowing but still charged a trash fee every month.

Goodbye

I have been at Clinton Place Apts for 5 years and recently moved out. The management has changed drastically! The Current staff is the best Yet. They have always met what was committed. The Manager Leon is always a arms reach and Darryl has been great. Thank you guys so much.

Feels like home...

I moved to Clinton Place Apartments almost a year ago. This was my first experience with apartments as I've owned my own home for 16 years. I was a bit nervous about it at first but from the moment I moved in I knew this was my new home! I love the community (all my neighbors are so friendly and helpful) and the office staff does a great job. Some of the perks love about my apartment my private entrance, a full size washer and dryer inside my unit, a balcony off my living room and the flower… garden I was able to plant in front of my unit. The community is quiet and clean and maintenance is wonderful at taking care of things in a timely manner. My lease renewal is coming up soon and I will definitely be signing on for another year. Thanks Clinton Place staff, maintenance and community neighbors for making this feel like home.

My family has lived at Clinton Place Apartment for 10 years. The current management and maintenance staff are AMAZING!!!! There have been so many positive changes to our community in the past year since they took over- thank you!! Office staff are so friendly and eager to help in any way they can. Maintenance requests are fulfilled within a day or two. Professional, courteous and friendly are words I would use and have used to explain the current staff. Thanks for all you do:)
