Cortez and the plumber (Arthur) did a good job fixing the clog, and overfilling of my kitchen sink today. I was satisfied with their services.

Prompt Efficient Thank you Maintenance for work done by two of your young men. Last week kitchen leak cabinet temporary repair and furnace repair today, no heat. Both were prompt, courteous and knew what they were doing.

Landscape Staff Love the attention to detail by the new landscape staff. I noticed the driver of the lawnmower actually looking at where he's mowing and going back if he missed a spot as opposed to the joy riding by yhe former crew.

Welcome to pot palace
This is a non smoking community but SO MUCH POT SMOKE. Management has been “taking care of the issue” for approximately 8 months?? They do not care about their residents.

New management awful
This apartment complex has changed hands 3 or 4 times since I've lived here, and it's gotten worse each time. New management is greedy and is never even in the office to reap what they sow. Maybe try fixing the break-in problem the dog poop problem, and the pest/parasite problems (which you all claim don't exist) before you try tacking on an additional $100 in fees that aren't in the lease agreement
