Maintenance Review Giving 3 star rating as maintenance crew did not return to fix my shower fixture, despite explaining that it's not working properly.

Issue was ignored completely.

Good experience!

My experience when applying and moving in was easy thanks to Ptosha she was able to walk me through the process and answer all my questions. Apartments are good, it is a really dog friendly area to live.

Unwilling to help I have submitted multiple requests to have my apartment assessed for mold after the water heater burst. I’ve emailed the management team and have yet to hear back from anyone.
