Do not move here! Any reviews before April 1, 2022 reflect the old management that did their best to keep things running smoothly and the tenants happy. The new management is the exact opposite. At this point they are slumlords! They aren’t taking care of anything. They let massive amounts of garbage pile up in the back. You can’t reach anyone in the office. If you call you get a call center that says you have to talk to the office but the office doesn’t return calls. They close the office… early every day and on weekends so you can’t even walk in and talk to someone. They work hard to get people to move in to take their money, but won’t do anything once you move in. From my experience, they have policies that actively deter them from keeping current residents happy in favor of getting turn over. The place is loud with people fighting constantly and the cops being called out regularly. Fights between tenants in different units and buildings spill out into big groups in the common areas. For your saintly and safety you can’t have your windows open in the summer and there is no insulation between units. This means that your air conditioning and heat will have to run all the time and you will hear everything your neighbor does. The property is basically a swamp with standing water all spring and fall and after any rain. This makes some sidewalks impassible due to flooding and ice. The playground and dog park are the lowest area and basically unusable due to mud and standing water. The old management did their best to be helpful and keep things running smoothly. The new management company is the exact opposite. They make things as difficult as possible for residents while still doing nothing in their end! Yes the appliances and washer and dryer are nice.
