Maintenance is very good I have just moved from one apartment into another more appropriate for my health issues. I’m having some issues that I’m confident will be resolved soon since that has been my past experience. In the meantime, I always recommend Trappers Cove to anyone who asks.

Good Job The thermostat was 0%. I had to call emergency maintenance. He came right away. He said that it should have alerted you at 45%. What happened?

Excellent Service Even though the wall air conditioner had been replaced about a year ago, it was evident that it was defective. The men responded quickly and efficiently. Gratefully, I did not have to argue with them about a defective unit.
