This Place Is A Hidden Gem!

I just moved in, and I'm so impressed. The complex is quiet and beautifully maintained, with fresh landscaping. Hanna made the application process a breeze, and the move-in costs were surprisingly affordable.
The apartment feels luxurious. It was freshly painted with a brand new carpet. I had a few questions, and Jason and Kevin were incredibly helpful and quick! Just a heads up, they might be working close by, so be prepared to answer the door. The entire staff, including Kristin and Danielle,… have been friendly and professional. I love the location, minutes from shopping/dining.
I've even chatted with a few neighbors who've lived here for years, which is a great sign. I highly recommend this complex!

For the price you pay to live at these apartments, you are much better off at a different company. Unless, of course, you’d like rude and incompetent staff, constant entering of your apartment, lies about lease documents, and items that will never get fixed.

Huntley Manor is the Best!

It is safe place where no strangers can come in because of the gate. Also two garages are very convenient.
A washing machine, a dryer, a microwave and other electronics are new and easy to use.
All the people in the office are kind and friendly.
