Love this place!!

This is truly a wonderful place to live. The community is welcoming, the property is well taken care of, and it really feels like home. I’ve made great memories here and enjoyed being part of such a great environment. I’m honestly sad that I had to leave, but I’m grateful for the time I spent here. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.

BEWARE LIVING HERE!

Beware of living here!!! They won’t tell you that your water bill doesn’t matter on usage but you split it with the entire community. I barely work and I was home 2 days of the month of November and water bill came out to $60. In addition, they are very greedy and don’t appreciate good hard working tenants who actually pay on time, don’t bother anyone, and still want to take more money out of you any means necessary.

best i have seen

I really love my new place and robin and her staff was so helpful
I was so happy at how the staff really cared and how fast me and my spouse was able to move in
my kids love the new place
I love how its clean a lot of space and the work out room yes
me and my spouse has never been so happy about a apartment before until we seen these apartments thank you so much robin and staff for helping us in our new place

Beautiful

I scheduled a tour for a 1 bedroom with hardwood. They actually show you the specific apartment that you could move into rather than the ol' bait and switch where they take you to this emaculate model that is 10 times better than any of the actual units. They are honest, affordable, and the residents I saw seemed happy to be there. I was emailing back and forth with someone named Robyn and she was an absolute DOLL! A girl named Kate greeted me when I stepped inside and made me feel welcome.... Coffee was good. I waited no longer then 5 or 10 min. Colleen took me on a golf cart ride across the street! so fun. she showed me 3 different apartments that all met or exceeded my expectations. Looking for an apartment is a tiresome task, after all of the white lies and despicable communities I've had to deal with...I will be calling Kingsley this February.
