You DO NOT get what you pay for
I wish I could give zero stars. Yeah it may look nice but the place is made from paper. You can hear your upstairs neighbor every step and can also hear their washer and dryer machine...oh and if they have a dog (like my upstairs neighbor does) you’ll hear them play with their ball and their claws walking across the flooring...it’s such a joke how much you pay for what you actually get. Unfortunately they don’t give in person tours because the plandemic which is annoying. I would have never… moved here if I would of known about the ceilings/flooring being super thin. There’s no insulation whatsoever.
