Arrive Minnetonka is a beautiful apartment community!!! I just moved in but am looking forward to everything this community has to offer!! The buildings are clean and spacious, the grounds well kept and the amenities are plentiful!

The staff and community has been very friendly and welcoming!

A star taken away due to upon move on I found a few things that were not deep cleaned by the cleaning team such as the laundry machine, bath tub, and kitchen. Not a big deal since you can go in and throughly clean it.

Overall, Arrive has been a pleasant experience!

I have lived here for a year and a half and have only had great experiences with all of the property management team. They go above and beyond to help! Maintenance is always very on top of service requests and speedy to address any problems!
