Horrible staff who do not care about the people who love there. You can be a loyal tenant and they will still find a way to nickel and dime you on your way out. If you want to overpay for basic white and gray everywhere, then this is the spot. Way overpriced for what it is, and the office staff is absolutely terrible.

The ONE good thing about it is the location, but you can still have a dumpster fire on a tropical island and call it what it is!
Awful management, disgusting groundskeeping and property upkeep overall! MOLD, MILDEW, DOG URINE AND POOP, VOMIT, ETC. all throughout the hallways in various capacities across different floors. NEVER cleaned! Smells like a literal dumpster every time you walk through the building, occasionally like a public restroom instead.
Lee's Summit as a COMMUNITY dreaded this... property coming to Downtown Lee's Summit and they had every right to.
Can't say enough how much I do NOT recommend living here!
