I want to share my experience with you

My experience with this place has been excellent. I want to thank the management for their amazing cooperation, especially Ms. Kay. She helped me so much and was extremely cooperative and patient the whole time. I’ve never met anyone like her before, I’m truly grateful to her.
As for the apartment, it’s extremely clean. I haven’t felt this comfortable in a place for a long time. They take great care of everything and are excellent at managing this property. The neighbors are very quiet and kind,… and this place is very safe.
Truly an excellent experience. If you want to live somewhere you feel comfortable, private, and clean, don’t hesitate to rent at Cabana Club.

Not a good place to stay.

Not a good place to stay. Very cold and drafty. Nothing gets fixed, just patch up unitil the next to it fails. Very thing walls and ot insulation to keep the cold out. Lots of bugs like roaches around. Do your research.

* But they will keep the lawn cut for appearances

Don’t do it!!

I’ve lived here for years now and I can tell you I’ve been here longer than management! The parking lot is constantly filthy even though dumpsters are less than 10 feet away. It’s ALWAYS hot in the apartments because there isn’t central air. Every time my AC makes noise, breakdown, or stop working, the maintenance always “fix it” instead of replacing it. The noise is so loud it scares of me of my sleep at night. also the maintenance man comes in your apartment reeking of cigarettes WITH… filters boots on without shoe covers.

And they go up on rent EVERY YEAR!!

Very nice and quiet property in a convenient location

Cabana Club Apartments are somewhat older units yet very well constructed. It's quiet here and the grounds are well kept. Management and maintenance staff are polite, responsive and dedicated to keeping everything in A-1 working order. Amenities include a beautiful pool and immaculate pool house for showers. You also get a FREE storage unit, a huge plus. Living room and bedrooms are large and vertical blinds keep them dark or admit plenty of daylight, your choice. There's quick access to… several highways from here. Cabana Club is definitely worth checking out.

Avoid if possible

Lived here for 3 years. Management tells you what you want to hear so you can leave. Had over 10 maintenance issues in the last year alone. Water was leaking from my ceiling...called emergency maintenance they showed up days later and all they did was stop the leak and spray paint the area that it was coming from.
They constantly go up on rent but they patch holes (that’s caused by horrible upkeep) with cardboard. It’s the cheapest in the area but I wish I would’ve known all the issues before I… signed my last lease.
And they do not have central air for the one bedroom apartments they expect a window unit to cool the whole house and it doesn’t. Even when you leave the livingroom will always be 20 hotter than the bedroom
