Rent is a little bit high but it’s a great place to live so can’t complain too much. The maintenance team is awesome and the others who live here are really great

We recently moved into The Banks and couldn’t be happier! After touring multiple properties we just kept coming back to this one. First was Erica who felt like talking to a friend not a salesperson. We immediately felt so welcomed and like we fit right into the community. Erica was so helpful in answering our hundreds of questions haha and helped make the whole process a breeze. We also couldn’t get over how the property feels like no other complex we viewed. The way it’s tucked away is just so... peaceful and the openness really made it feel like a community. The amenities are top tier and make it feel like we are living in a resort! It has everything and more. We are so happy to call this our new home.
