so far, everything is OK. The staff is outstanding Neighbor’s dog upstairs make noise but it’s OK but besides that everything is just. Outstanding.

I have lived at The Banks for about 7 months now and it’s been a great experience. The office staff are great with communication on a personal and community level. They are diligent about keeping up the complex and providing high quality service. I don’t feel like I was sold something too good to be true after having lived here now for some time and feel the quality continues to be what I signed up to pay for. Plus the grounds are beautiful and right next to the river!
